I arrived to find they couldn’t locate my reservation, despite having a confirmation number. It took a frustrating 20 minutes to find someone in charge. My room door was ancient and nearly fell off. The coffee machine in the room leaked, which was annoying. Breakfast was a letdown. they ran out of coffee and eggs just 15 minutes after opening. The trash was overflowing, and no one attended the breakfast room. It felt like the place hasn't seen upkeep in a long time. Overall, there were a lot of cleanliness issues. Long hair was on the floor and in the shower. The chair looked too dirty to use. I had to resign to checking out a day early. Everything just felt low-quality, which was disappointing for what it cost. I gave it a try, but I can't recommend it based on this stay.
